Removes many things that I find distracting when using Kanka.

Note: As of version 1.1 this will hide the kanka links in the footer of your campaign.

Note: As of version 1.2.0, you can easily undo specific parts of the plugin using custom CSS properties. See the plugin CSS for details.

Adds help block removal.

Adds boosted rocket removal.

Removes 'dead' text removal, as it is a help block and is already removed.
