The tags are used to show the size and the alignment, also all entities are tagged with "DnD Monsters". The type contains the CR.
The main races are: Abberation, Beast, Celestial, Construct, Dragon, Elemental, Fey, Fiend, Giant, Humanoid, Monstrosity, Ooze, Plant and Undead.

Tags include:

• Size:
  Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Huge, Gargantuan
• Alignment:
  lawful good, Neutral good, chaotic good,
  lawful neutral, neutral, Chaotic neutral,
  lawful evil, neutral evil, chaotic evil,
  unaligned, any alignment

The "any alignment" tag does not specify if it is only non-evil for example.
